Who is the author and what are his credentials?: The author is Will Spriggs. He is an RPSGT and has bachelor's degrees in psychology and sociology from the University of Utah. He has been in the sleep field since 1997 and has worked in all capacities of the field and in many different labs. Most recently, he worked as the Director of Operations for Sleep Healers in Dallas Texas, and managed over 75 employees and 14 sleep labs.
